Choosing a hypoallergenic facial cleanser

What is a Hypoallergenic Facial Cleanser? This has to be kept in mind cosmetic-products-3all those who have sensitive skin. Sensitive skinned people are those whose skin reacts quickly to the slightest presence of of any chemical ingredient especially chemicals that are included in the cleansers to impart fragrance. Please know that there is no necessity of fragrance in a facial cleanser. Similarly mineral oils in a facial cleanser will damage the skin to such an extent that they cannot be treated and they cannot bring back the original grandeur of skin. Hence, it’s implied that utmost caution has to be exercised before choosing your facial cleanser, especially those who have sensitive skin.

In the light of the above factors, let’s see what a hypoallergenic facial is. A good hypoallergenic facial is that which contains only natural ingredients like Allantoin, Cynergy TK, natural vitamin E, macadamia oil, shea butter, active manuka honey, bentone gel and kaolin. You should ensure the presence of these ingredients by checking the labels or the accompanying product literature that comes along with the product. As a consumer you have the right to know about all the ingredients in the product. If there is no label or the product literature, I advise you leave the counter and look elsewhere.

Allantoin is a chemical compound naturally produced from several organisms like animals and plants. These ingredients of Allantoin will caress the skin while dealing with the skin related ailments like acne without causing any side effects. It’s effective even with very low concentrations.

Cynergy TK or Synergy TK is an effective moisturizer. It is made from the wool of sheep in which every thing is natural. Be assured that it’s not a petroleum product.

Macadamia oil is produced from the nut meat of the macadamia tree. It’s a natural fragrance fixer used in cosmetic formulations.

Shea butter is made from the nuts of Karite nut trees. It’s also known as Mangifolia. It’s a wonderful cell regenerator and a circulator. Its very effective in arresting age related wrinkles and folds of the skin.

Manuka honey is the honey produced by the bees from the manuka flower of the Manuka plant. Manuka tree is also known as Tea tree in some regions.

Kaolin is an extract from a New Zealand clay found on the foothills of the southern Alps. Which absorbs oil and gently pulls out the grime. The presence of bentone gel helps in complementing the other ingredients in the product.

A good cosmetic product dealer educates his consumer by revealing all the ingredients of the product and helping you in picking up the right product to your skin. Equipped with the above knowledge, see that your skin is given the right treatment. It goes a long way. You will be the proud owner of a radiant and natural and ever glowing skin for many years.
