Acne Cleanser
Acne is a common skin problem affecting minors and adults sometimes. Acne 
is due to blocked pores as skin oil (sebum secretion) induced skin inflammation. This inflammation has become vulnerable to bacteria in the skin. There are many ways to treat acne. There are varieties of acne cleansers available in the market.
You can use acne cleansers for removing dead cells, remove oil, dust, dirt, pollutants and open skin pores. It can be used multiple times like twice or thrice daily with skin toners and moisturizers and more importantly they should be used with mild warm water.
Generally they contain either of the mentioned ingredients: Antibacterials such as Benzoyl Peroxide, Triclosan and Chlorhexidine gluconate work by killing bacteria in acne.
Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid and other acids which are Skin exfoliants act by peeling skin on a micro level to open the pores.Skin exfoliants is used to prevent dead skin cells accumulate in the skin, combined with the oil clogging the pores of skin.
Neutrogena Acne Wash is the most popular acne cleanser used in the market which is oil free. It contains 2% salicylic acid. The other is clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser. It contains 10% benzoyl peroxide. If you already use on the treatment of acne, be careful not to remove the application, use of these cleaning agents. You should only wash your face wash twice a day, because it can stimulate too much of your acne and benzoyl peroxide can dry out your skin, if excessive use.
There are Some more comprehensive way to purify your face, including the lemon juice to the affected area and wait for at least 10 minutes and then rinse slowly. Vitamin A acid helps to clear the pores opening and bacteria finds it difficult place to grow. There are other ways like honey and tea tree oil to cleanse your face or can be used as acne cleanser.
Glycolic acids and azelaic acid are also beneficial to certain patients with acne. Some people are more sensitive than others to see if these work for you.
There are many methods to cleanse acne or can be used as acne cleanser but remember to consult a doctor before using any of these.
